PA & Office Support

Inviting CVs £25,000 - £30,000 Administrative / Secretarial Frome Full Time

They are seeking a highly organised administrator to provide office support for the Managing Director and coordinate MD led projects as well as operational support for the business areas, to resolve any issues that have been escalated.

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills and PA experience alongside the ability to multi-task to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the Managing Director (flexibility to be available for out of hours emergencies essential)
  • Co-ordinate activities on behalf of the MD
  • Maintain the MD’s diary
  • Provide business updates to store teams
  • Resolve customer complaints escalated beyond the store level; liaise with the team to resolve issues quickly, and accurately feedback back to the customer and MD
  • Act as first port of call for all operational problems not resolved by established practices.
  • Recommend alternatives where current service suppliers and processes limit efficiency
  • Share best practice knowledge – write processes / manuals for reference
  • Attend meetings to provide information and feedback for other team members to share good practice
  • Ensure awareness of and compliance with policies, regulations, systems and procedures in areas such as Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities and Quality

Skills & Experience:

Skills & Experience:

  • PA experience, strong administration skills
  • Experience of building a support network
  • Strong evidence of multi-tasking to tight deadlines
  • Experience of managing upwards, and able to confidently communicate at all levels
  • Flexible and responds positively to new challenges
  • Self-motivated
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Team player and able to work on own initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

Salary £25 – £30,000
