TEMPORARY ROLES AVAILABLE – TELEPHONE BASED
We have several new opportunities for candidates with out bound calling/telemarketing experience to join a reputable firm based on the outskirts of Bath. This role is to start ASAP until Christmas but could continue into the New Year. It will be based in their offices. Ideally you will have your own transport and be available to work longer hours if needed until 7pm and occasional Saturdays during busy periods.
Working to a specified brief and targets you will receive excellent hands on training whilst maintaining an exceptional standard of work and being professional at all times.
Ideally you will have worked to KPI’s and SLA’s in the past and consider yourself a motivated and hard working individual with a high work ethic.
Clear and confident on the ‘phone with the ability to liaise with people at all levels, you will have good IT skills including MS Office, Excel and ideally knowledge of CRM.
Accuracy whilst inputting data onto the computer and whilst speaking on the ‘phone is crucial.
