We are delighted to be working with our client again, a multi-national business, who is looking for a German speaking Customer Services Administrator to join their team working remotely in the first instance.
This Role Involves:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers around the world, one of the company’s largest markets being in Germany
- Responding to a wide variety of customer queries in English and German
- Manage customers on email, live chat and phone calls
- Working as part of a fast paced team
- Building extensive knowledge of the company products
This role requires the candidate to be:
- Experienced in customer service, ideally in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Proficient in all MS Office products
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- This job is a full time, temporary role for 2 months but could well go permanent thereafter, working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
