Do you have the German language to a native standard, written and spoken?

We are delighted to be working with our client again, a multi-national business, who is looking for a German speaking Customer Services Administrator to join their team working remotely in the first instance.

This Role Involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers around the world, one of the company’s largest markets being in Germany
  • Responding to a wide variety of customer queries in English and German
  • Manage customers on email, live chat and phone calls
  • Working as part of a fast paced team
  • Building extensive knowledge of the company products

This role requires the candidate to be:

  • Experienced in customer service, ideally in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in all MS Office products
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • This job is a full time, temporary role for 2 months but could well go permanent thereafter, working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
