This is a pivotal new role for this ambitious and highly successful company. With plans to expand further internationally they are on a great path to the next exiting phase.
This is likely to suit a very well experienced and qualified ex FD/FC or similar looking for a flexible role with an entrepreneurial company where you will be able to add value through past expertise.
It is envisaged this will be part time, 2 days a week and office based.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for all financial processes, data accuracy, timeliness and reporting activities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Solid understanding of bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables principles
Experience across all aspects of a finance department in small and large businesses
Budgeting & reporting
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance environment
Previous experience in a project service installation industry preferable (but not essential)
Qualified or working towrads a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
Desirable Knowledge & specific skills:
Knowledge of Xero accounting system
Highly proficient in MS excel, with the ability to work with large amounts of data, extracted from multiple sources, ability to synthesize data efficiently and summarize clearly and concisely
IT literate with ability to resolve own minor issues and use all Microsoft office applications
Project Management capability
