An award winning, highly successful, financial services firm based in the heart of Bath is looking for an Administrator to join their Dealing team and support with their daily responsibilities.
This role would suit someone has experience in this area or is an ambitious and talented individual who wants to progress in this direction. The successful candidate will be key in both delivering team and individual targets within the appointed time scales and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Trading at hourly and weekly artificial valuation points
- Daily trading controls and investigation
- Daily pricing controls
- Float account management
- Contract note processing and verification
- Transaction reporting
- Corporate actions
- Fund loading
- Achieve departmental SLAs and KPIs
- Deliver an excellent customer service
- Liaise with Investment Managers, Stockbrokers and other associated third-party providers
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the management

Salary guide – £18,000 – £23,000 + fantastic benefits package
