HR Operations Advisor – 9 Month FTC

About the role:

Assisting team and departmental requirements into effective, people solutions
Integrating working with peers; sharing best practices, learning experiences and using common tools and methodologies wherever possible.
Proactively implement all cyclical activity so that managers feel supported and positive results are achieved.
Working with the People Partner to embed and implement programmes
Overseeing health and wellbeing, IM, health and wellbeing plans for regions to ensure a proactive approach is taken on these areas to deliver best possible outcomes.
Overseeing ER matters, partnering with the Performance team in support of the  emphasis on prevention, early intervention and informed risk management.
Co-delivering training and development in line with specific needs
Empowering Managers by developing and coaching them on People leadership.
Training and guidance for Managers and employees on the use of new HR self-service technology and enabling our leaders and managers to become more self-sufficient.

To achieve in this role, you are likely to have the following:

 A background in HR – Adviser/Officer level or similar

Excellent understanding of HR processes

Very confident IT skills, willingness to embrace new systems

Confidence and self-belief to influence through effective communication.
Understand teams in depth and the environment and markets in which they work.
Create an environment of constant learning for Managers to be confident and more self-sufficient in managing their people.
See change as an inevitable part of life, and influences others to adapt to this in a positive way.
Be flexible and mobile in order to understand businesses in the Region
