Our client is looking for a First Line Support/Engineer to join their growing team in the centre of Bath. The successful candidate will possess previous first line support experience and be technically minded with great communication skills. If you are looking for your next step in technical support, this is an excellent opportunity with plenty of career progression.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Trouble-shooting
  • Logging tickets accurately
  • Resolving first-line queries
  • Supporting other colleagues within the team where needed

Skills & Experience:

  • 1st Line Support
  • Working knowledge of software support
  • SQL/Query knowledge
  • Experience in support ticketing; preferably Zendesk and/or JIRA
  • Customer Service
  • Great communication; both on and off the phone
  • Technically and analytically minded
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Enjoys being part of a team
