Admin support for HR related documents – contracts of employment, contract amendments
Ensure relevant HR databases are up to date and comply with legislation
Produce HR reports from spreadsheets
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
Dealing with references
Previous experience working in an admin role
Experience working to deadlines
Ability to pick up and learn new systems

The company currently use SAP – training will be provided.
