A great opportunity has arisen in a beautiful village location just outside of Bath. Our reputable client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Reception professional who can support the team with administrative tasks, greeting visitors and ensuring smooth operation of the office.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team in order to provide excellent client services
  • Assist the PA with various tasks for management
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and clients
  • Arranging lunches for meetings and client visits
  • Purchase items of stationery, equipment and services for the office
  • Manage deliveries to the office
  • Maintain accurate client information and record interaction on CRM system
  • General ad-hoc duties

Skills & Experience:

  • Administrative experience (1 year preferable)
  • Reception experience
  • Communication skills: written and verbal
  • Organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office skills/IT literate
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Capable with independent working

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 per annum
