Appoint are currently seeking a proactive Office Administrator/Project Support for a 10 hours a week across 2 days.
Duties include but are not limited too…
- Office Administration – Answering the phone as the first point of call for the team, dealing with general enquires and directing calls around the team as appropriate. Picking up ad hoc duties and working independently on a variety of tasks to assist with the smooth day to day running of the business. Taking a proactive and hands on ‘no job is too small’ approach.
- Project one – Data entry style inputting of Customer details onto a new invoicing system, picking up any anomalies/errors and dealing with them appropriately to insure details are updated and accurate. Contacting circa 350 existing customers to obtain Purchase Order numbers.
- Project two – Working with Head Office to speak with people that have used the service to obtain information and produce statistics that can be used by the business for a variety of future projects/marketing.
Starting prior to Christmas to meet the team and cover some basic training. Office shut down between the Friday 21st and January 2nd
The assignment would then run for an approximately six weeks, with the potential for extension work load and absence dependant.
