The successful candidate will be experienced in administration and customer service, whilst having a genuine interest in recruitment.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
- General admin duties
- Researching and managing the candidate pool
- Supporting recruitment consultants
- Use of Social Media and all job boards
- Liaising over telephone and email
- Telephone screenings
- Advert writing
- Abiding to compliance rules
Skills & Experience:
- Great customer service skills
- Administration experience
- Can-do attitude
- Professional manner
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 per annum
