Appoint is a recruitment company that actually take an interest in the people they are trying to place. I always felt that Appoint were interested in my career aspirations and were keen to help me achieve them. They always kept in touch and arranged a number of interviews for me. They were pleased for me when I was successful but even when I wasn't or when I declined an opportunity they were still really nice. All in all they are everything a recruitment firm should be.
