With 80% of Employers reporting concerns over staff stress levels, many are considering implementing new measures to both reward and relax.
It has been suggested that meals out, tickets to sporting events, and other such non-financial bonuses can boost run-down office workers.
Andrew Hodgkins, of Keith Prowse, believes such treats can also increase workforce motivation, which can in turn greatly enhance productivity levels.
