Time is of the essence!
It appears that Employers are cracking down on tardiness, with 39% of bosses paying close attention to their employees' timekeeping.
15% of those surveyed are willing to dismiss an employee who has been late on two to three occasions.
However, James Carmody, an employment law specialist at Reculver Solicitors, commented that occasional issues with punctuality are inevitable. He also pointed out that employees are often willing to work additional hours for no financial reward.
