Healthy workforce?
A vast number of employees are compromising their health, as revealed by a recent survey conducted by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).
One in four employees fail to take a break during their working day; the majority of those surveyed attribute this to either high workloads or staff shortages.
Ann Green, chair of CSP, has expressed her concern that employees who overwork are paying the price with their health, with their employers also suffering from reduced productivity and performance levels.
