A research study conducted by SHL has revealed that 49% of jobseekers have a negative impression of an organisation following an unsuccessful job application.
24% of candidates reported to have had 2-3 bad recruitment experiences, with 6% claiming to have had 4-5.
18% of respondents admitted that such experiences had prevented them from any future dealings with the company or its services.
