Training Satisfaction!
A recent survey suggested that 60% of workers are unhappy in their current position.
Stephen Overell, The Work Foundation's Associate Director, attributes these findings to a miss-matching of candidate to position.
He also labels the lack of government funded training as a 'perennial problem.'
It has been suggested that training may boost career satisfaction by increasing employees' current skill set and, in some cases, providing the opportunity for a total career change.
