Critical Brits...

British workers have proven to be the most critical of all, with 70% believing that they could out-perform their boss. The survey, conducted in 52 countries, found that 41% of British employees perceive their boss as totally 'incompetent.'

A minority of 1 in 10 Brits described their manager as 'brilliant.'

These statistics are in stark contrast with other cultural findings, for instance only 15% of Chinese workers questioned their boss' capabilities.
