Happy 100th International Women's Day!

In addition to being shrove Tuesday, today marks the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day; a global celebration of female achievement.

And while the lifestyle experienced by today's women vastly differs from that of the early 1900's female, many would argue that such recognition is just as valid in 2011 - particularly in light of recent statistics which suggest that almost 70% of businesses lack the necessary support structure to develop talented female worker's into leadership roles.
