Take a broad approach!

Employers have been recommended to take a 'broad' approach to the recruitment of top Graduate talent, with Mary Walsh, HSBC's Head of Diversity, suggesting that the current recruitment approach is too narrow. Mary has also urged businesses to consider employing candidates from previously 'untapped areas of the community.'
