Pursuing Positivity...

A surprising 60% of organisations have reported that workplace productivity levels have suffered through negativity as a result of gossip, lack of teamwork and high levels of criticism.

A third of those surveyed said their workplace had been previously affected; however they had taken measures to address this.

Only 3% felt these issues had no affect on productivity.

The level of this problem has been attributed in part to challenging business conditions and workplace disruption.

Managers have been urged to nip negativity in the bud, saying that this can soon become 'contagious.'
