Great Expectations?

Over 60% of employees believe they are underpaid by an average of £5000 a year, with almost 30% feeling they are worth in the region of £3000 more.

The results of a recent survey suggest workers are out of touch with the current market rates, with just 4% of employees reporting satisfaction with their level of earnings.

Despite the fact that 54% of respondents claimed not to enjoy their job, the majority (67%) of those surveyed had no intention to leave their position.
