The latest REC JobsOutlook reveals extremely promising findings:
85% of employers report plans to maintain or increase their temporary workforce and 94% intend to maintain or increase permanent staffing levels within their organisation.
Roger Tweedy, the REC's Director of Research commented on the positivity of these findings, with particular focus on the use of Temporary workers 'as a means of bringing flexibility into operations, demonstrating the important role of flexible working models as a vital resourcing option for UK businesses, as well as a way back into the labour market for jobseekers.'
