Divided by pay...

 Research conducted by The Equality and Human Rights Commission has revealed shocking statistics regarding the pay gaps that continue to affect working society:

• Women earn an average of 16% less than men; this gap widens to 27% for women aged over 40 and decreases for those under 30.

• Male disabled workers receive 11% less pay than their able bodied counterparts, with disabled females receiving 22% less.

• Black graduates have also been found to receive up to 24% lower salaries. Do you wish to be judged on the merits of your work experience and skill set?
