Lacking Trust...
With trust central to achieving a successful workforce, it is concerning to learn that a third of Generation Y workers do not trust their employer.
Worryingly, the reported figures are up by 14% on last year, with the 16-24 year olds questioned not believing 'most' or 'any' of the information provided regarding the business' performance.
The legal profession unearthed the most sceptics, with 36.9% of those questioned reporting negative perceptions. In start contrast, just 5.9% of young HR professionals felt the same.
