Some promising stats!

Smallbusiness.co.uk yesterday reported some highly promising statistics for the UK recruitment market, with almost 75% of employers intending to recruit in 2012 - a 27% increase on last year.

What's more, the number expecting to make redundancies has fallen by 31%, to just 20% of businesses.

Despite these findings, companies remain cost aware and will pay close attention to their processes, including any operational wastage.

Business owners are urged to look at addressing the issue of any staff members failing to perform. They've also been encouraged to consider their graduate recruitment options, with the benefits of hiring enthusiastic and capable workers at affordable rates.
