In or out?

A study questioning the reality of flexible working has revealed that almost 80% of employees are not in the position to work from home.

Interestingly, the results conveyed a firm belief amongst employees in the social benefits gained from communal working, including the chance to meet and interact with colleagues.

Workers also preferred the ease of access to files and documents, with some appreciating the enhanced technology in their workplace.

The majority of survey respondents care about the set up of their own work station and surroundings.

Noise and interruptions were identified as the primary irritations of life in the office.
