It's all about the money!

A leading national recruiter has found that 93% of graduates deem their base salary to be one of the most important factors when making career decisions.

This was closely followed by benefits, future earning potential and bonus potential - all elements of reward.

Only 16% of those surveyed expressed concern for a passionate interest in the role or the organisation's values as a key deciding factor.

An extreme minority of 4% desired to 'make a difference.'
