Consultant

The Company: A specialist change consultancy who support organisations to produce extraordinary results through the development of their strategy and people. With an impressive and reputable expanding range of clients, they are looking to recruit an ‘entry- level’ consultant.

This is a development role, where progress will be to a senior consultant who can train company’s methodology, with consulting and coaching at a senior level.

The Role:The purpose of this role is to enable the success of client interventions and programmes through the seamless support of lead consultants and our clients.

The activities that are part of this role in the first year include:

  • Consulting and People development – demonstrating an ability to help clients understand the nature of their issues, clarify the opportunity and formulate a solution. Managing Customer Relationships – creating, maintaining and influencing relationships with clients; ensuring client requirements and needs are met.
  • Developing solutions – working with clients and colleagues to establish their requirements and deliverables to meet agreed standards, timescales and budgets.
  • Programme Management – Using the company’s programme mgt process to manage and plan client interventions, ensuring programmes are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Business Development – identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand business activities and sales.


    • The Company aim to actively support this role and will provide a specific induction and ongoing training programme.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a career orientated individual seeking a long term opportunity. We have a global client base, so this role will include regular travel, with the office being near Bath. You will need to hold a current passport and a clean driving license.

    You will be strong interpersonally with sound commercial awareness. Can clearly demonstrate broad perspective and confidence. It is imperative applicants will be able to embrace the philosophy, culture and ambitions on the company. Specific product training will be given.
